We currently ship from the U.S. to most destinations. International shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. If your location isn’t listed, reach out and we’ll try to accommodate.

In‑stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days. Pre‑order or backorder timelines are stated on the product page. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order leaves our facility.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Unused, unopened items may be eligible for return; buyer pays return shipping unless we made a mistake.

Yes. For cartons, custom sizes, or institution‑level orders, contact us with quantities and timelines. We’ll quote lead times and pricing.
